If you yourself actually fought "GINA CARANO" in an MMA match then how long do you honestly think you would last against her ?
For anybody here who doesn't know who Gina Carano is, this is her below.

When it comes to me, If I actually fought Gina Carano in an MMA match then I think that she would absolutely DESTROY me in less than 10 seconds.

Well i would say i am about average strength of a man so i think i would knock her out pretty fast.
But i would never fight a woman.

I used to take boxing classes, but I don't know anything about grappling and holds and shit. Plus, I'm certainly not in fighting shape at the moment. I can't believe I'm actually taking a part in an Anthony/Gina Carano thread... |

I guess I would defeat her. I'm way taller and heavier then her, and without MMA rules and boxing gloves etc. pp. it wouldn't be a fair fight. The guys she fights in these clips are her size and weight. Most likely no training or other skills. In my case it would be close combat training from my time at the Fallschirmjäger/paratroopers. But we were not trained to beat a sport opponent, but, if needed, to kill an enemy. So I would most likely use techniques and targets, which are highly illegal even in the MMA setting. PS: That doesn't mean that I think she is a joke and can't hurt me. |

There's some funny comments here. If you have no training and no balance then a 12yo boy could take you down and put you in a submission hold which, if you had a brain in your head, you would tap out to rather than waiting to see if it's strength or technique that might result in your arm snapping. Ditto a fully trained woman. If you have no martial arts training then any trained fighter, (yes, even a woman) would beat you easily. You wouldn't have the balance to stay on your feet and you wouldn't have the technique to land a punch or block a submission.
If you have some rudimentary training you could probably hold your own.
