I couldn't watch it all, my only guess it the nameplates for the countries. Should be CCCP instead of USSR

What is awfully wrong with this episode? At the time Ukraine were still part of the USSR? This was made in 1986 and they didn't leave until 1991?

Seems highly unfair to the US. Texas, New York and California should be granted UN seats as well. I guess Bavaria would also fancy an own UN seat.
