There are some actors/actresses who kept on working in their later years even after getting a terminal illness or becoming very sick. What are some movies in which you could clearly tell an actor/actress was ill with the way they look/acted?
For example: Raul Julia - Street Fighter Richard Pryor - Another You

TV: Jeremy Brett in the last season of his Sherlock Holmes is hard to watch. He's obviously in pain and medicated.

John Cazale in the Deer Hunter. Chadwick Bozeman in Da 5 Bloods. Some believe John Cazale's illness was even visible in 'Dog Day Afternoon'. He was an exceptionally strong man to soldier on through his illness, a character trait he'd displayed throughout his life.
As a Spike Lee fan, I'm keen to see 'Da 5 Bloods'.
"When I first saw John, I instantly thought he was so interesting. Everybody was always around him because he had a very congenial way of expressing himself."

I hate to admit it having seen several pictures featuring him in his prime, but Vincent Price seemed rather frail in Edward Scissorhands.

Raul Julia - Down Came A Blackbird. I believe that was his last film. I'm pretty sure Street Fighter was his last film. He died after filming was complete. I see the difference -- one of them was a feature film and other was a tv film. SF was a feature film but Blackbird was the last thing he shot. According to wikipedia:
"This would be his final role in a major film, with his last work being a supporting role in the television drama Down Came a Blackbird, which was filmed in Toronto, Ontario during September and October 1994."

David Niven was partially dubbed by Rich Little. Niven was frail during filming, and often could not speak. In both Trail of the Pink Panther 1982 and Curse of the Pink Panther 1983. To prevent public speculation about David Niven's ailing health, Rich Little's involvement in both movies was kept secret until after Niven's death on July 29, 1983. Both movies are awful and a sad end to Niven's career.
