With the Phillies bullpen this year, those guys have to be happy that they are only playing in front of cardboard cutouts. Real fans would have been chucking car batteries.

Our lineup is scary good - mashin' now - and I love our starting pitching in a playoff series if we shorten the rotation

Here we go. As bad as I expect this team to be, I still pick the Patriots to win today. I don't know why, maybe I should reconsider but screw it. If you can't be optimistic in week one, what's the point of being a fan?

The AFC East is interesting to me - the Bills are the clear cut favorite but I could see the other 3 finishing in any order, I’m not sure how that will play out. That being said to me the Jets look like the least talented team in the division, their receiving unit looks like one of the worst in the NFL and I’m picking the Jets to finish last, but like I say that division could play out any number of ways as the Dolphins and Pats have a lot of question marks as well.
