As far as I’m concerned, the well with Deadpool has been dried up. I loved the first Deadpool movie when it came out, but at this point, I don’t think there’s anywhere interesting to go with the character. I feel like they’ve already exhausted everything. Even the end credits sequence for the second one gives off serious “WDGAF” vibes, which is fine for that film, but it doesn’t leave very exciting prospects for any future movies.
Ryan Reynolds was born to play the role, but now that he’s gotten his redemption, I don’t think there’s much of a need to keep beating that horse.

I liked the first movie, but felt the second movie was subpar. I have no interest in them making a third movie.

I think I'd be more interested if they went more of the comics route with the secondary characters. Especially Cable and Vanessa. Missed opportunity not making her into Copycat. Or hinting that Cable is Cyclops's future son. You know they weren't going to do that story in the main X-men movies. They basically made Cable come from the DoFP future.

Even if they acknowledged Cable as Cyclops’ son, it would’ve just been a one-off line/gag and nothing more, just like the Xavier/Juggernaut connection.

It used to be you only had to wait 2 years between movies, but now I feel like studios are taking 3, 4, and 5 years between sequels. Or at least that's how it feels. Why wouldn't they fast track a 3rd Deadpool, or Aquaman 2, or Wonder Woman 2? Why wait until the hype dies?

Would love to see it only if its a homoerotic movie with Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine

I'd watch it... if he actually beats a horse.

That would be more than we got from Mystique and Nightcrawler.

Id definitely watch it. I loved both Deadpool films and find them very rewatchable. Id be interested in pretty much any story that comes next so long as they don't tone it down for the kids.

The first was fine. Not really my cup of tea, but it was right for the character.
The second was atrocious though. I found it painful to watch.

That well just got a complete refill. He'd be entering the MCU, thus a whole new wealth of jokes and characters to interact with.

Since Disney owns Deadpool, i don't have no interest in the character anymore.

I liked the first movie but I feel like they took the 4th wall concept too far and the 2nd movie felt like a parody. Like one of those Scary Movie shows. So yeah, not exactly looking forward to DP3 unless they turn down the goofiness a notch.

And that's the problem. DP should have certain elements of a parody but the movies should never be actual parodies. I felt like they were toeing that line a little too close with the first movie then completely crossed it in the 2nd. Like there's a difference between including comedic humor in your movie and making a full-on comedy.

I liked both so yeah.
Probably more than any other MCU film tbh.
