He was a cinematographer for directors like Martin Scorsese and Ivan Reitman. Some of the movies he has filmed:

He has also done some directing for movies such as All The Right Moves starring Tom Cruise.

He was Oscar-nominated for cinematography for Raging Bull and The Fugitive.
