I didn't hate the ending. I just think things all fell together a little too easily. GoT was always a show that prided itself on a really complicated narrative. There were tons of twists you didn't see coming and generally a lot of build up to those twins. Going into the final season it just felt like the writers had a check list of things they wanted to accomplish. It essentially became like a row of dominoes with them just kinda knocking out each plot point without giving us anything really unexpected or diverting expectations. Regardless, I still love the show. 7 great seasons aren't ruined by one average one, in my opinion.

Makes sense.

I think it would have been a lot better if season 7 and 8 had 10 episodes in it, and possibly even 1 or 2 seasons more with 10 episodes in each season.

I wasn't crazy about the way Daenery's and Cersei met their ends either. For such larger than life characters, I expected something more spectacular than a knife through the heart and burial under a ton of bricks. However, I loved the endings for the Starks which were actually beginnings.

Was this article written in a non-English language and then translated to English? It has many strange sentences.
Personally, I think it was a fairly bold choice to turn her character into a villain. Audiences of course rooted for her because she was a beautiful woman with dragons, rising from oppression, but she did some terrible things in her time. I thought that the final episode was kind of an anticlimax, though. It should have gone down more dramatically, with fewer long talking scenes.
