Massive spoilers obviously, and should be a pretty short list.
April Fool's Day House of the Long Shadows And probably the so bad it doesn't totally suck straight to video The Last Slumber Party, since *spoiler* it was all a dream, until it restarted.
Anybody else got some?

POLTERGEIST (1982). THE AMITYVILLE HORROR (1979) (unless you count the prelude and flashbacks). THE BABADOOK.

Rather difficult to come up with horror movies with no deaths, lol!
I was going to suggest The Wicker Man (1973) but then I remembered the ending.

THE ENTITY would be another and also - if it qualifies as horror - I don't recall anyone dying in FLATLINERS (1990)............unless you count them temporarily being dead!!!

1408 Signs The Watcher in the Woods The wife died in Signs. Not as a result of the aliens, but still on camera. Speaking of aliens; if I recall correctly nobody dies in Fire in the Sky. But maybe that's not considered a horror movie.
