On my 7th time through the Sopranos. Yah, I know it by heart and I don't care.

At this point in time, it has to be Frasier.
I'm a late night kind of guy, and sometimes there is nothing else interesting to watch, so I'll always go to Hallmark and watch Frasier. It's great comfort food.
Other than that, I would say MASH or Seinfeld, maybe even Friends cuz once again, sometimes that's all that's on late night.

Almost certainly the new "Battlestar Galactica" and "Game of Thrones," counting repeated watches on television and dvd.
Typically for "Game of Thrones" I would watch each new episode on the night it premiered and then watch it again when it reran the same night, watch it 2 or 3 times in reruns the same week, and then watch it again when they did a mid-season or end-of-season marathon leading up to the finale, then watch it multiple times on dvd, with commentary on and off.

I have probably seen every episode of "Charlie's Angels" ten times.
Also seen most episodes of "I Love Lucy" and "The Golden Girls" and "Mary Tyler Moore" several times over.

I don't know if there is any series that I've watched in its entirety three times or more. I've watched every episode of Buffy, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Frasier and Seinfeld at least twice, and some episodes probably four or more times.
These days with so many new TV series to watch, I find it hard to justify to myself spending time re-watching old favourites. I would love to re-watch all of Buffy again, but it's 144 episodes - who has the time for that?

I've been through FarScape, Babylon 5, Stargate: SG-1 and Stargate: Atlantis, and the Star Trek shows (TOS, TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT) multiple times.
With the Star Trek shows, I used to have a large collection of episodes on VHS tapes, so some episodes I've watched far more than others.

I watched reruns of Star Trek every Monday through Friday for about 12 years growing up. So I'm going to go with that.

Probably Star Trek: The Original Series (TOS). A local station used to show it five days a week. I watched it so much that there was a time when I had nearly every line of dialogue in every episode memorized. I don't remember the episodes as well as I once did, but my knowledge of the show is still considerable. I own all TOS seasons on DVD and plan to do another rewatch. Probably after I finish my rewatch of “The Wild Wild West” . P.S. Those who mentioned various Star Trek series in this thread should check out the IMDB v2.1 Movie Quotes board, where we have "trekked" over 250 films to date.

With all the marathons over the years, I would think it must be my ATF show, The Twilight Zone.

Not a big rewatcher of shows. The Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Parks and Recreation I've rewatched 3 times. The Office will join that list later this month before Netflix removes it.

I barely even rewatch films now and there are so many I want to revisit.

Without question it's Band of Brothers. I think I watch it once per year.
I'm rarely able to finish a show twice. The only shows I've watched twice from the beginning to the end are Lost, Spartacus and Breaking Bad.
