Any fans of the album "Rust in Peace" by Megadeth? How has it held up over 30 years?
For many, it's considered the best Megadeth album and it's hard to argue with that. Top-notch songs, writing, and playing from Dave Mustaine, Marty Friedman, David Ellefson, and Nick Menza made this album become a high point for Megadeth that has yet to be topped and likely never will. Plenty of highlight songs like Holy Wars, Hangar 18, Tornado of Souls and Take No Prisoners.

Beat me to it....forgot to make this thread last night.
Yeah, it’s my favorite of theirs. All those songs you mentioned plus the title track make it so.

They just fired their bass player over sexual misconduct allegations.

How has it held up? It's like asking remember when there was music that actually mattered and was good.
Well the last time that happened was the time period between 1987 and 1992. I'm just saying , that there has not been a time period that has had more significent music in it, than 1987 to 1992.I'm saying after that . Compare the music made from 1987 to 1992 to any five year period since then.
And also, why is 1987 to 1992 the last, good time period for music? I'll give one example, one of the last good songs by madonna which was express yourself. Is basically just copied today.
