I can't believe all the leaves that are falling and it's not even October yet. Some trees are starting to turn. I guess it must be the dry weather here in Northwest Iowa. I drove out in the country the other day and stopped at a cornfield and looked at the corn cob on the stalk it was basically nothing. Looks to be a crop failure around here anyway.

I'll tell my husband martin. Thanks for the info! We went for a ride yesterday too. The almond harvests looks great! BUT the conditions that start wildfires are prevalent Sunday . I am concerned

Would you like to trade places for a day or two? It's perpetually summer here. Some autumnal sights would be quite restorative!

Me and a new friend went on a 33 mile bike ride today on a bike path that was right in the woods and it was great. Trees changing colors and leaves falling like crazy. Still some green like in the first picture but in two or three weeks it will look like the second picture. Great time for bike riding!

It's still in the mid 90's where I'm at. It's currently in the 80's where I live, but on the coming Wednesday, it's supposed to get up to 100.

All the leaves are brown (all the leaves are brown) And the sky is grey (and the sky is grey)
Great song.

Mowed the lawn and mulched a bunch of leaves today. One of my hackberries is about 75%, done falling the other two have barely started yet. One nice thing about hackberry trees is that their leaves mulch down to nothing. You can run them over and wala just green grass.
