Which was a worse casting choice?

Sounds to me like Jesse was worse. Like he was just annoying while Arnold was at least entertainingly ridiculous.

Arnold was a fine casting choice; unfortunately WB had decided to go full-on camp with the franchise by then.

Arnold wasn't miscast at all, he was just given really hopeless dialogues to deliver. I would have loved to see him play Mr Freeze in a serious Batman movie.
Eisenberg was really out of control.

Both performances were quite bad, but in concept, Arnold was the better casting.

Eisenberg. Schwarzenegger could had been interesting casting in a less campy movie. Like if he played Freeze like a Terminator.

How come Eisenberg's Lex Luthor always gets singled out, but no one cares about Kevin Spacey's spectacularly bland and boring version of the character?

I thought Arnold was fine in the context of a crappy campy Batman movie.
Jesse Eisenberg sucks regardless of the movie intent.

To play devil's advocate for a minute, which is more unbelievable, Eisenberg as a corrupt billionaire genius or Arnold Schwarzenegger as a top cryogenicist?

To play devil's advocate for a minute, which is more unbelievable, Eisenberg as a corrupt billionaire genius or Arnold Schwarzenegger as a top cryogenicist? Well audiences had to buy Arnold as a pregnant scientist a few years prior to Batman. If they were able to do that, then playing a top cryogenist wouldn't be so far-fetched for them.

Paradox.

Eisenberg was an annoying little douchebag so he was worse. However, he was cast to be the typical millennial and he was that for sure.

Jesse Eisenberg is worse casting for the character he is suppose to be playing.
I wish they would make a Superman movie where Lex Luthor isn't a ham.

Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor was the worst. He carried no menace or gravitas. At least Mr. Freeze played to Arnold's strengths as a comedic actor.

Kevin Spacey might have been good were he able to give it his own spin. As it is Bryan Singer made a Richard Donner film and Spacey had to act like Gene Hackman as best he could.

How come Eisenberg's Lex Luthor always gets singled out, but no one cares about Kevin Spacey's spectacularly bland and boring version of the character? Because Eisenberg was spectacularly wrong for the role and looked like an ill kid going up against both Batman and Superman? While Kevin didn't?
