I saw it yesterday on my last visit to a movie theatre for at least a month – theatres reopened here in July but are closing again starting from tomorrow. It may be out on YouTube too, I haven’t checked. I was vaguely aware that it was in the works but I had no idea that it was far enough along for a trailer to be made.
Anyway, it looks interesting. It’s a sequel to the original ones, not a reboot. I don’t know if any of the original characters appears (they don’t in the preview), but the main character is a teenager who is related to one of them, and who finds his equipment, including the car.
