Scott Parker into 13/8f over the past 48 hours. He's made a point of saying the whole team is responsible for defending against goals but I'm not sure even he believes that, are you? Meanwhile Ole and Frank (10/1 each for next to go) are just 13/8 and 15/8 respectively NOT to be in charge for the last game of the season. That's not a lot of faith by the bookies. And if you want to go mad and have a fiver on them NOT being around on Christmas Day don't expect any more than 5/1 Ole and 6/1 Frank.

Neither defence is being tested here. No, sir, this is not a classic.

A mistake in midfield lets Brentford in on goal with Marcus Forss drawing first blood before the break.

When is the tranny window over? Fulham need defenders more than Boris Johnson needs a brain.

Fulham maintaining pressure. Surely not again? Play-off memories abide here.

This is like the Villa game for Fulham's defence. Serious issues must surely be addressed before too long. Too easy for Benrahma there, nobody from Fulham interfering with him as he drilled it home close-range.

Lost in a moment of subconscious wishful thinking, I thought it would be a great set-to if Brentford drew Chelsea in the Quarters before realizing it's Spurs who saw off that particular scenario on Tuesday. Bah. The mind can play wicked tricks.

What a pity this couldn't have happened in the play-off. Three-nothing Brentford and their cup runneth over.

That third goal one of the shots of the Cup so far, surely. Benhrama dispensed with the formality of walking trough the non-existent Fulham defence and struck from distance, top corner, wham.
