Don't know how this can be done scientifically, it's more guesswork, but we'll try anyway.
Not counting your hometown teams, what team have you seen most?
Looking for two answers: 1) live, 2) on television.

Hockey and baseball have been the sports I've attended most (Even though I had Giants season tickets for a few years, you only go to 8 games a year. I went to 25 Ranger games in one year once!); but I've been going to baseball games since I was like 5....baseball gets the nod to which sport I have attended most. But which opposing team have I seen most in person? Seems to me it is the Reds.

On TV? This is one is far easier. What team other than hometown teams have I seen most on TV? The God damned Dallas Cowboys.
