So I was excited to get Trader Joe's Oat Beverage with the only ingredients: water, hydrolyzed oatsThen I read the label more carefully. Total sugars per serving 4g, with 4g added sugars So despite the fact that no sugar appears in any form in the ingredients, there are added sugars. The hydrolysis process creates simple sugars, though that wouldn't be apparent to a consumer, and some companies who do this state "No added sugars" on the label. Some processes form glucose and maltose, some glucose some fructose. www.foodnavigator-usa.com/Article/2019/06/29/Oatly-challenged-over-no-added-sugars-claims-on-unsweetened-oatmilk

Eat this not that website/whatever has taken a disliking to them and have quite a few articles on them about the truth.

Everything bagel seasoning is mostly salt. I bought it but rarely use it. But the first ingredient is sesame seeds, and it has 80mg sodium per 1/4 tsp serving.

I hydrolyze my oats by adding water and letting them sit overnight in the fridge.
