So WABC is playing oldies now. I remember when Cousin Brucie was playing the current hits on that station. I wasn't allowed to listen to rock and roll when I was a kid but sometimes I did anyway. Bruce Morrow was the main guy on ABC and then there was Ron Lundy, who had a good voice but Brucie was really funny. Couldn't keep me away from the radio after Elton John came around. I honestly thought Cousin Brucie had died. Good to hear he is still at it.

I made my career at WABC's "sister" station in San Francisco. Both were owned by the ABC network. Later they were all sold to Citadel Radio, then to Cumulus, which is a miserable excuse for a radio network.
Our station was News/Talk. But, I've heard of Cousin Brucie for years. Now that we have streaming capability, I'll make a note to listen to him next Saturday ... 3-6 PM, here.
