Great tackle by Lattimore to end the game, and the Saints win it 30-27 in OT. Great comeback by the Saints after a lousy start, I liked how their offense adjusted, they got Sanders involved a lot which helped them, and they played a good second half.
Chargers lose another close game that they could’ve won, tough one to swallow for them.

So I had to work tonight, so I was taping the game. I was doing a very good job at avoiding finding anything out about what was happening, but of course a friend of mine just had to text me and tell me what happened.
Ughhh.....
Now I'm not sure if I want to watch it, though I do want to watch Hebert throw 4 touchdowns. Maybe I'll watch till it's 20-3 Chargers, then I'll go back to Frasier reruns or something.
God damn Chargers.....nothing changes....

They wouldn't have needed to kick a field goal at the end. You don't know that. Sure, it was significant, but different situations bring up different decisions and results. Had they made that extra point the saints may have gone for 2 an extra time to change things, or the game may have played out completely differently. But if they'd hit the field goal at the end of the game it would have been over. |
