Headed to the theater on Friday.
Lucky you! Theatres here reopened in early July but then closed again at the end of September.

I am. I have tons of movies that I want to watch, from my own collection or from Netflix, but I find myself getting easily distracted and constantly looking at how much time is left. It's easier for me to watch episodes of TV shows.

Yeah, we'll see how long they stay open as numbers continue to creep up again.

As in at the theater, or just in general?
It's easier to see a movie at the theater, when I watched the first Star Wars movie, I got the DVD and it took me about a week to watch it all, 10-20 minutes here and there, last night I went to the theater and saw The Empire Strikes Back, a much more enjoyable experience to get it all in at once.
But that's my luck with DVDs anymore, I never get them watched in one sitting, it's like 10 minutes here, 20 minutes here, one movie can take 3 days to finish.

I’ve been watching a lot of spooky movies at home on blu ray.
Haven’t been to a theater since Joker about a year ago.

I have the time, but I usually can't get myself focused to choose a movie, and then when I do, I usually turn it off because I'm not into it. Sometimes I think I've watched all my favorites, so I try to watch lesser known Eastern European movies, for example, or check out what people here love (especially if they have similar tastes).... Hence, it's why I start topics, and I appreciate every single recommendation.

I’ve been watching plenty of movies at home since the pandemic, but the last movie I watched in theaters was The Way Back.

I've been watching several classics since March. I added Silver Screen Classics channel or whatever.
