Yeah I guess technically he would be the strongest  I watched that capitol combat thing at the time but don't really remember it too well. |

The fact is that Robocop’s appearance in wrestling means that he is a part of the wrestling kayfabe universe. So the answer is Cain or ED-209.

Actually he’s not as strong as Robocop. BimboCop is stronger than RoboCop, and though Teagan Clive's best known as a bodybuilder, she too has worked the square circle.
