Catman does not care for celebrity chefs.
Or celebrities in general.

Not really a celebrity chef but I always like watching Martha Stewart cook, she gave some great tips and her voice was always soothing. I loved watching her show in October because she devoted the whole month to Halloween with recipes, crafts, etc.

I like Kevin Belton (great personality), Martha Stewart (really great baker), and the late James Barber, a down home Canadian cook who used to have a great show on CBC.

I used to love watching Graham Kerr and Jeff Smith. I don't really watch many cooking programs now but liked watching Christopher Kimball's show on PBS and Simply Ming.

I'm glad Ainsley won. Ainsley has made a return to our screens since I posted that and he's every bit as funny! Here's a very short clip of him about to do his trademark frying pan shuffle only to find the handle is red hot!

And ye will never hear 'Careless Whisper' quite the same way again... How about dashing off an Ainsley move of your own next time you're adding some seasoning to the pot?

Last night I watched Kevin Belton make a crustless leek and mushroom quiche. I made one today and was it good! (Of course I omitted the bacon.)
Thank you, Mr Belton.

Chef John Mitzewich (@foodwishes.com), Chef Michael Smith (one of the best at teaching techniques), and Gordon Ramsay.
