No, not that "who gives a shit" match between the boring rivals in Glasgow but the FOOTBALL match in Liverpool between the Toffees and the Reds. Making my mouth water thinking about it. Much will depend on whether Allan, and Gomez are fit enough to play. Liverpool's defence like to play a high line and that could play into Gomez' hands with his ability to hit a good long pass and the speedy Richarlison and Calvert-Lewin in good scoring form. I don't know if anybody in either team is in self-isolation at the moment but hoping that the teams are at their strongest. This has be MOTD written all over it

Yeah, hope it's a good one. Sadly, these keenly anticipated matches often end up being damp squibs!

The battle of 2 shit goalkeepers. Just found out Allison is out for 6 weeks yesterday, we'll be out of the PL race and Europe by then.

If we hold out for this 3 points without VanDyke itll be a miracle.

If we hold out for this 3 points without VanDyke itll be a miracle. Liverpool definitely looked more dominant side but it's 1-1 at the end of first.

The Reds get the lead and would it prove to be the game winning goal?

It wasn't to be the game winning goal. 2-2 and we don't know what's gonna happen. Hopefully, one of the team gets the 3rd goal.

Hard luck Everton. On the plus side, Stevie G's Rangers beat the paedophiles, which is a joy for the entire world. 0-2. BJK

Glad with the point and Thiago's leg not getting murdered. As long as VVD isn't too longterm.

This game did live up to its billing. Tiago was starman but Jamie kept threatening to pick out a pass or score a goal

But considering they are current league leaders it's still an OK result for the Reds. I disagree. I think Everton were well worth the point. This wasn't a game that one team dominated. It literally was open for either team to win right until the final whistle. Yeah Pickford made two great saves but DCL missed an easy chance and Richarlson hit the post. Liverpool were very unlucky with the off side decision at the end though. A draw seems like a deserved outcome for both teams.

A draw seems like a deserved outcome for both teams. I thought early in the first part of the second half Everton were creating more chances and looking more like finding the net. But at other times Liverpool were the better side. As you said the off side was quite unlucky. I thought that wouldn't be disallowed but didn't happen so.
