Burlesque in Harlem (1954, USA) - 7.5/10. Unfortunately, the Alpha Video DVD-R copy I viewed has some bad splices. Nevertheless, an enjoyable 56-minute African-American variety-act film, which contains lots of dancers (some of them strippers, but since this was 1954 they don't take off everything), singers, and a little comedy. Most of the people in this film remained obscure, but one of them, Dewey 'Pigmeat' Markham, who appears in the sole comedy sketch, also enjoyed mainstream success (he appeared in 14 episodes of "The Ed Sullivan Show", and also appeared later on "Laugh-In").
Children on Trial (1946, UK) - 7.5/10. A 59-minute drama about teenage delinquents, and the efforts to get them to become better people. IMDb calls this a "documentary", but that's wrong, it is purely a drama with fictional stories and characters. It was, however, produced by the "Crown Film Unit", whose output usually consisted of short documentaries, which may be where the confusion came from.
On Time (1953, Australia) - 7.5/10. A short 7-minute documentary about Flinders Street train station in the city of Melbourne, Australia. Quite fascinating to watch. The National Film and Sound Archive has uploaded it:
