I saw it as part of the Festival de Nouveau Cinéma de Montréal, which is taking place online only this year. I am not the biggest Sion Sono fan out there, but I liked this one a lot. Basically a famous film director puts out an open casting call for amateur actors for his next project. The movie follows several of them in their attempts to catch that potential big break.
The festival is open to anyone in Canada, until the end of the month. $10 will get you a streaming rental. Just look up the festival's site for details.

Hope to get a chance to see it. I've only just caught up on Tokyo Vampire Hotel (a little disappointing), so I'm still a few behind with Sono.
