I'm assuming she's actually performing in one of these productions based on Alison's description and that they're probably not allowing people to just visit these days. https://www.instagram.com/p/CGqgHsNn-N_

Looks like it. I usually like Ali's Hallmark movies, they are cute.
Looks like they are in BC.

Yeah, I've seen some of her posts on Facebook about having to travel up there and quarantine before shooting could start.

it always makes me laugh how bundled up Americans are when in Canada. I don't wear that type of parka unless it's below zero Celsius! ha ha

it always makes me laugh how bundled up Americans are when in Canada. I don't wear that type of parka unless it's below zero Celsius! ha ha I mean, I live in Wisconsin; so I've wondered from time to time how I'd fair up in Canada, especially watching some of the behind the scenes stuff shot up there, like the Arrowverse shows. There are times here when it feels like a spring day, and other days it feels like winter; and both time it's like 40° F. Today it was in the mid 30s and I decided to switch from the lighter jacket to my heavier leather jacket, just in case. This time of year it's kind of a gamble, because you can easily go from being comfortable to sweating your butt off; or it'll be the perfect for when you're outside, and the moment you step inside it's way too hot. Today it was kind of just right. I didn't keep it on while grocery shopping, but the wind was just strong enough while getting gas that it was probably a better wind break than my lighter jacket, but it wasn't so cold as to need it zipped. I have to admit, a side benefit of walking around with a mask is that when the wind picks up, it makes a fairly comfortable windbreak.

Depends on where you go in Canada. I live more south than Wisconsin but BC is way further north. However BC'c climate is really different than Alberta's. Some areas get tons of show or tons of rain in winter. It really depends on where in Canada. Right now it's 46F where I live but rainy.
We haven't had any snow yet here but in other parts of Canada it's already snowing.

We haven't had any snow yet here but in other parts of Canada it's already snowing. Yeah, I was amused by the weather yesterday when it started snowing right as the scheduled Trick or Treating started - just a little at first, where you weren't entirely sure if you just saw a snowflake, until it was eventually it was just "Oh, shit, yeah, it's definitely snow; and building up." We only got probably an inch or two, but I had to laugh, because it seemed like Mother Nature's way of saying, "Jesus Christ, yeah, it sucks, but for the love of God, don't go to strangers houses right now!" Not that it stopped a good number of people, but I feel like didn't see nearly as many people out and about on my way home from work as I normally would for Trick or Treating. And yes, even though Halloween is on a Saturday this year, our community still keeps Trick or Treating the Sunday before Halloween.... And every year it never ceases to confuse the hell out of people, as if it's the first time.

Trick or Treating was cancelled here this year. Well, the City and the Public Health Officer told everyone not to. We shall see if it actually happens. It's going to be nice on Saturday too. I feel bad for the kids but whatever, the parents can buy them candy and they can trick or treat around the house.

Trick or Treating was cancelled here this year. Well, the City and the Public Health Officer told everyone not to. We shall see if it actually happens. It's going to be nice on Saturday too. I feel bad for the kids but whatever, the parents can buy them candy and they can trick or treat around the house. I saw a lot of ideas people were coming up with for alternatives, like having their kids do a candy hunt in their backyard, like they'd do on Easter. I thought that was clever; and at least some were exploring some type of prepackaged gift bags to leave out to practice some type of distancing, which I guess is better than nothing. Still, way too many people grousing about wanting to let kids Trick or Treat like normal, like it's some sort of right that would be unthinkable to deprive them of. Meanwhile my sister recently shared a photo from back in the day of some halloween, where I was dressed as a cowboy; and I honest to God have no recollection of that. So it's not like these are indelible memories that kids are going to look back on in 25 years and think, "why didn't I get to dress up as that obscure children's character no one remembers that one year?" Maybe I'm just old and jaded...
