The ongoing joke for years was -
'How does Marv Lewis still have a head coaching job with the Bengals?'
Well -
Who has replaced Marv with that title in all of sports?
Go!
Marv Lewis 2020 -

The coaches who would be on this list are already gone. New faces on the sidelines in Houston and Atlanta leave, possibly, your dude on Philly as the next guy, but winning a championship buys you tons of time. Plus, you could win this division with 2 wins and a tie apparently.

Such a bitter pill to swallow.
When you were supposed to go from 'Great' to 'Elite' ...
....And your season is over in Week #1.
We'll get em next year in 2021 Happy Valley

I think Mike Zimmer has shot his wad. Although I like him personally the Vikings need a change.

The problem is that Pennsylvania is full of pussies anymore (you, mainly). All the athletic families have left the state because of the end of real blue collar jobs. They don't have the good athletes inside the borders anymore. Need to get the steel mills back to have tough PA kids. Even with that, Penn State still has more wins than any other FBS teams since 2016 other than Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Georgia.

Jim Harbaugh at Michigan immediately comes to mind as the most overrated coach in sports, people still act like this asswipe is some kind of good coach, when he has failed at making Michigan an elite team, he’s never beaten Ohio St, he’s lost his last 4 bowl games including getting crushed by Florida and Alabama in back to back years, Michigan has never been a serious playoff contender under him and never will be IMO.

Also it's tough to tell where you actually stand on Franklin/ Penn State because you were mocking them in a thread recently, now you're acting like the coach should be fired because they lost one game. So are you an overreacting fan or are you still joking?
Either way, Franklin is the right man for the job in my opinion. He's a second tier coach for what right now is a second tier program. Name a better coach who you think would leave their current post for Penn State.

He would be perfect
Pittsburgh legend
James Franklin's claim to fame was he went 9-4 at Vanderbilt for 2 straight seasons
But maybe you're right - maybe I need to have some patience - it's only been 7 or so years now - we were told Penn State was going from 'Great' to 'Elite'.
Maybe next year, eh?

And I also think their coach should be fired.
