In case you too like to look at their site more than once or twice and didn't know how... ?share=1 < just add that to the end of any Quora URL to see a page of theirs that they've grayed-out. Usually the let you see one or two pages and then gray-you-out...

Couldn't you just register like you did here?? I could, but I'd rather not. Why register if there's no need to. I only plan to read, not ask questions or give answers. However, if someday I do have a question that I'd like to ask...then I'll register.

so you understand the bare bones of what you see here. Yes, unless you either register or use ?share=1 at the end of one of their URLs. This after the first or sometimes second time. Starting with the second or third time you view one of their pages. The first (and sometimes second) time you can see the page unobstructed (not grayed-out). After you'll either need to sign-up or use ?share=1.
