IMDB has "Manos: Hands of Fate" as the lowest rated horror film, and it s definetly one of the more terrible ones I've seen. It's not even "so bad it's good", just really dull (even the MST treatment can't save it)

The Beach Girls and the Monster is quite terrible. There's a weird part where two guys watch surfing movies for several minutes.

13 Death Game/13 Beloved and
Jack Frost (1997)
Those two films finally convinced me to stop watching schlocky horror.

Not sure if it was really supposed to be a horror film, but "Stupid Teenagers Must Die" was pretty bad. I guess it was supposed to be a parody of bad horror films but it wasn't even good.
Another one was Intermedio with Edward Furlong and Cerina Vincent.

The Fog remake was pretty abysmal.

The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies is also quite bad.

Isn't there a "horror" movie where people are stuck on a ski lift? I remember people laughing at the trailer.

I have a few ‘Drive In’ compilation DVD’s...stuff like The Hearse and They Saved Hitlers Brain on them. Probably one of those, although I would reserve the term worst for movie I expected to enjoy.

From Hell It Came (1957). Hard to be afraid of a tree stump.

House of Wax...it also had gorgeous Elisha Cuthbert. Whatever happened with her? She was so stunning. She was a stone cold fox...probably still is. But like most actresses that are mostly eye candy they start getting older and/or become old news. I will always picture this when she gets mentioned... i.pinimg.com/originals/14/77/e5/1477e5634601573cfc65c08eccd05ce8.jpg

I always cite The Blair Witch Project, but I'm not going into detail again (for the hundredth time).
What is even worse than naming the lousiest horror movie you've ever seen is knowing that someone, somewhere, is probably hard at work making another that is even more wretched.

The 1999 remake of The Haunting. What a disaster from start to finish.
