I will eventually see and enjoy it anyway. But what about the terrible rating? That's quite low. It has an 8.2 on IMDb, a 67% on Metacritc, 94% with Google Users, and on Rotten Tomatoes, it has a 81% score with critics and 90% score with audiences. This was amusing at first, colden, but enough is enough. |

After Guardians 2 averaged a dismal 5.5/10 here on our fine board, there's obviously blood in the water. Canaries in the coal mine. Trouble on the horizon. Is Guardians 2's failure to capture the hearts and minds of fans the MCU's "Waterloo"? If not, what will be? Can the MCU recover from this? I look at this once-proud board and see nothing but threads talking about how Star Wars is better, the MCU fandom is in shambles, etc. Really depressed over this, you guys. What can we do? So what do you think is going to happen? Give us some predictions that we can lord over you when they are wrong. Will they cancel GOTG3? Will the MCU stop making movies? Will Infinity Wars make less than $500 million dollars? Come on great sage, tell us the results of the MCU fandom being in "shambles".

Is there really a preexisting comparison we can make to the upcoming Infinity War outside of the comic version. Its essentially a Space Opera mixed with reality-warping Cosmic Horror.
