We all had our little hobbies, interests, sticker books, collections of stamps, sticks and snail shells... So what were you all into?
Planes - naturally Ships, particularly submarines Space exploration Dinosaurs Sharks Greek/Roman mythology Cinema! Cult movies, obscure movies, off-the-radar flicks Not so much video games as just playing them, but history, development, conception, work that goes into them, etc

A couple of those on your list:
Dinosaurs. Jurrassic Park was one of the first movies I saw in theater an was captivated by the idea of these giant lizard like animals roaming the planet at one point (I was devastated when I found out dinosaurs probably looked more giant birds).
I was quite enthralled by Greek Mythology (I used to watch the old Hercules show with Kevin Sorbos) and quite enjoyed the Disney Hercules movie. I was a huge fan of the God of War games for a while.

Star Wars, Collecting & trading stickers, Greek/Roman mythology, which ultimately led to my next (& continues right down to this very day) interest:, World religions, Saturday morning cartoons, The Dukes of Hazzard, When I was very little, Dinosaurs (lost interest in them, not long after I found out that they had long been extinct).

I didn’t really have any. I liked hunting arrowheads. I had a nice collection that I lost somewhere along the way.

The airplane was mostly completed by the time I happened along. I remember news of the Boeing 777, but I was not much impressed.
I've always had a fascination with the wooden sailing ships that brought Europeans to America. In my sleeping dreams I was often standing on the deck of one.
I was six when the Mercury Program began and about fourteen when men landed on the Moon. I followed all the missions and their specific goals. The space program literally framed my childhood.
A world dominated by lizards never appealed to me at all.
I was already twenty years old when the movie Jaws was released. I was finished with the beach anyway.
I was always very fascinated with ancient Greece and Rome. I drew pictures of the buildings and "wonders of the world" in my notebooks. It was the beginning of modern politics.
Every year about Easter / Passover time the TV would show The Ten Commandments and The Wizard of Oz. I very much enjoyed watching both as much as I did the first time, which was a lot.
There was a movie in 1960, The Hand, about a dismembered crawling hand that scared all the kids I knew.
Before people realized the original NES would turn out to be such a major consumer of otherwise valuable time, we enjoyed it. We finished Mario Bros. III one weekend.

Dinosaurs, whales, rocks, trains (my mom would take me to the train station to wave at the engineer and he'd wave back), baseball coins, Strat-O-Matic baseball and APBA football.
I would also take appliances apart.
