As long as it's understood that this is a modern song and not at all reflects on how they where culturaly, musicaly and absolutely not lyricaly. Only the language is decent. In fact we don't know much about viking music at all. The only one to mention it was Adam of Bremen. He did not hear any songs himself, but he wrote of that he heard said the songs where so indecent that he would not repeat them. Whether that was sexualy or religious (or both), we don't know.
We have a few clues of the songs where. We know from one of the sagas that at least a few songs needed to two sing, suggesting the where either sung in harmony or song in a round (in the same mode as Frère Jacques or Row your Boat). It's quite possible they used lyres, flutes and horns as instruments.
