Pictures of miracles -- no, pictures of "scientific" heart transplants -- yes, right? Pictures of "miracles" yes --- years of testimony and images of a surgical procedure -- no, right? Cavemen were successful surgeons. Did you know?

Generalizing all religious people is something unintelligent people do.

Oh, yeah? How many heart bypass surgeries do you think happened in the Neolithic period?

Generalizing all religious people is something unintelligent people do. The same might be said for generalising all atheists.

The same might be said for generalising all atheists. To be an atheist you have to have some pretty strong species narcissism. The height of species narcissism is more the idea that we are made specially, and in the image of God, or that we are a chosen people, or that we are treated with undue care and attention by the Cause of all reality and that if humans play their cards right they will end up next to Him singing His praises for ever. To say that God cannot be fathomed, or known, about is actually the agnostic position. But it would be hard to find anyone who would say that because God cannot be known it therefore must not exist. It is more common to say that if this is true then anything we assert about the deity is meaningless.

It seems like the image of God atheists most want to debate. You can't have a debate about God when people don't agree on what 'God' is (David Bentley Hart wrote a fantastic book on this topic).

You are welcome to your opinion. Never the less many of the more credulous would disagree. I can't speak for all atheists, but I have no issue with the notion of a necessary Cause per se. It is more the unevidenced suggestion of whole new magical reality that is the issue. True; but it would be a start if one can at least understand the difference between agnosticism and atheism.

The same might be said for generalising all atheists. To be an atheist you have to have some pretty strong species narcissism. 'If us mighty human beings can't fathom it, then it must not exist'. Of course a self-professed atheist would reject this due to image of impermanent organic "self" that rules their beings. The narcissism attributed to "self" is just denial of being something greater than the sum of their physical parts. Both atheists and theists have a distorted and misappropriated image of what God is supposed to represent which they will never resolve. Both these idealist groups are tiresome to argue with. They are a sub-division, the prefix "sub" being the operative point.
