From the director of Fantastic Four (2005) and Barbershop (2002). It doesn't look bad (definitely seems aimed for kids), but it's reminding me of Rocky & Bullwinkle (2000) with the mix of animation and live-action and I can't say that's a good thing.

Btw, I like the Rocky & Bullwinkle movie. I've never understood the crap it gets.

Wow, the blending of the cartoons into the live-action surrounding looks awful in this movie. It is like the cinematographer and the director gave no shits, which they probably don't.
Looks like Rocky & Bullwinkle Part II, the Tom and Jerry version.

Tim Story is an odd duck. I genuinely enjoyed Barbershop but I despised his Fantastic Four movies.

There was already a live action Tom and Jerry movie, it was called "Mouse Hunt" That was more like Tim Burton Meets Laurel & Hardy.

Never saw that one. The French original was decent.
It is very likely that I will watch the Tom & Jerry movie - if for no other reason, then for the nostalgia factor.
