Predator
Predator has the better all around ensemble for the genre, not to mention its most memorable. Arnold is at his absolute apex prime here.
For me, Die Hard is the only greater action movie in existence.
Aliens is a lot of fun yet I do feel like too much is off camera - including the sentry guns counting kills on a little blip screen.
Arnold vs. Predator > Ripley vs. Queen

This is a difficult one but I'll have to go with Aliens the whole happy family being killed in the beginning and the girl who would normally be a spoilt brat being a barbaric cave girl sealed the deal for me too as well. But the first Predator movie is better than the first Alien movie.
