Yes, I suppose that there is some truth to that. So by the same token, I could say that - for me - brussel sprouts, tofu and arugula amount to a kind of guilt-free hell. Am I the only one who loves tofu? fried tofu from the Chinese place is great 👍 Though I just found out that bean curd is the same thing which explains why I never saw tofu on the menu of my local place

Only on bacon and homemade jerky, and when/where it's not possible to cut it off on baked steak.

It's called Mapo Tofu or Ma Po Bean Curd and it's delicious. It's stir fried tofu with ground pork and hot as hell. Scrumptious!

Why do you absorb too much iron? probably some kind of hemochromatosis, though not type 1. i got to talk to a hematologist after almost 2 years of urging by primary care doctors but then covid came and it wasn't a priority to get it investigated further.

Not usually, but occasionally if I'm particularly hungry.

My boy would throw it up, it's too rich for him

My boy would throw it up, it's too rich for him One time I decided to treat my cat with some canned salmon. She scarfed it down so fast she threw up. Damn, cats go crazy for fish. I can't even open a can of tuna without being pestered.

Sometimes. Kinda depends on how much or what kind of meat. Like a little far around the edge of pot roast is delicious. But a big glob by wad on the corner of a steak is a little less so.

I may eat the fat on bacon strips, but I usually don't when I eat steak or other meats.

My mom used to feed the cats table scraps. Those goddamn things would eat lasagna and baked potatoes.

I eat the fat on meat. I especially like ribeye with fat. Fat on chuck roast.
