With the caveats that I haven’t seen many animated shows and that I can’t stand several famous ones, here are some offhand choices:
Animaniacs (1993-1998)
Batman: The Animated Series (1992-1995)
Justice League/Justice League Unlimited (2001-2006)
The Simpsons (1989-present, but particularly 1989-1997)
SpongeBob SquarePants (1999-present, but particularly 1999-2008)
Spider-Man: The Animated Series (1994-1998)
Courage the Cowardly Dog (1999-2002)
Superman: The Animated Series (1996-2000)
Fillmore! (2002-2004)
Leaving the tenth spot empty for now (unless I think of something I really like that I’ve missed) because I have yet to see any fair sample size of shows I think I’ll like (e.g., TaleSpin, DuckTales) and because the Justice Leagues could be considered separate shows. Continuing the Disney theme, I was reluctant to put Hercules (1998-1999) on my list because the animation was godawful, but the writing was really high-quality. It can be an honorable mention.

I do think that technically they are separate shows, but i just count them as one show even if that is technically wrong.

Dragons: Riders/Defenders of Berk/Race to the Edge (I count them as one series) Star Wars: The Clone Wars Star Wars: Rebels Star Trek (1973-74) Lilo and Stitch (the series) Aladdin (the series) American Dragon: Jake Long Return to the Planet of the Apes
I haven't watched many others in the last 10 years. I've also watched Star Wars: Ewoks, Droids, and Transformers in that time, but I wouldn't count them as favorites.

Seeing some of the other lists, Catman wishes the OP had asked for the top 20.

1. The Simpsons (Seasons 1-9) 2. King of the Hill 3. Batman: The Animated Series 4. American Dad 5. Family Guy 6. South Park 7. Spongebob Squarepants 8. Futurama 9. Superman: The Animated Series 10. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987-1996)
Archer was great for about 2 seasons and then it took a dip. I still like the later seasons, but they are a significant step down imo.
Family Guy and American Dad took a big deep after about 8 seasons. I don't even watch the new seasons.
I stopped watching The Simpsons after Season 12.
The 1980s and 1990s had an abundance of excellent cartoons for kids, including Darkwing Duck, TaleSpin, X-Men, Spider-Man, Rescue Rangers, Goof Troop, Ghostbusters, Tiny Toon Adventures, Captain Planet, Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Rocko's Modern Life, DuckTales, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe etc.

What about the superfriends? My favorite when I was little That reminds me, when I bought the "Justice League" DVD, I did so at a Walmart. The cashier picked up my purchase, looked at me and said, "I remember when this was called 'Superfriends'." I didn't say anything, but I distinctly remember thinking, "Less talking, more ringing." I also didn't buy any more DVDs at Walmart, with two exceptions. I bought The Dark Knight Rises (2012) at Walmart because the two disc DVD edition was a Walmart exclusive. I also bought Ford v Ferrari (2019) at Walmart, because I wanted it on the day it was released.
