In other words on a scale from 1 to four. From 1984. Would you agree with me that it is probably 2 out of 4. Or you give it a different score?

I might give it a 3 because I like 80's sci films like this, with practical FX, it makes them fun to watch. 2 and a half definitely.

On a scale of 1 to 4, it gets a hearty “Fuck you!”

Patrick Stewart.
Francesca Annis and Freddie Jones also starred in Krull.

Out of 4, 2 seems reasonable. Lynch's weakest film.

Yeah, I'd go with that. Fair enough. Sometimes, it's heart is in the right place, but that's all that is going for it. It's very convoluted, but I thought the book was overrated, too.

1 out of 4.
Ugly, joyless, utterly confusing and profoundly dull. Had I not read the book I wouldn't have had a clue what was happening. Dreadful movie.

Tough to say. I’m a huge Dune fan. Some things worked, many didn’t. Paul making it rain on Dune at the end was dopey. Rain kills sand worms. Two and a half? I really need to see it again
The 2021 remake looks awesome
