I love that he likes to use the phrase "I'm still collating," because the only other place I've ever seen it used is when Ash says it in the movie Alien. And in that context, it's pretty obvious that Ash is lying when he says it. So to me the phrase essentially means "I'm bullshitting here, and we both know it." Haha, yeah good point. Its fairly clear, as he has never returned to something he was "collating" and given an answer. My favourite thing he was "still collating" was whether planets could absolutely halt in their orbits, because they get stuck in "particle flows". It came from a great video, which is sadly no longer available, which in part was trying to explain why planet x seems to never get here. Some quotes from that video, which I typed out in an old thread "pole shift": "Up until this point, planet x has been stalled in its orbit, due to venus, the earth, and the earths twin all trapped ahead in a stream of particle flows" "A threshold is crossed when venus and earths twin leave the arena" (cue diagram of planets just deciding to leave at random angles.) "Planet X is then free to move closer to the earth" (cue planet x starting to move again in orbit like the traffic light went from red to green) www.hollilla.com/reader.php?action=thread&thread=5391939&offset=0Lol, that's amazing. Stuff like chemtrails or fake moon landings are bad enough, but the whole sun/moon/Earth's orbit radically changing one, along with the whole Nibiru thing, really does fascinate me. In large part because it's only possible to believe it if you know literally nothing about the mechanics of planetary motion or how the solar system works. Seriously, the ONLY way you can believe Nibiru is out there is if you're the kind of person who doesn't know stuff like "the planets go round the sun", or how gravity works, or... well, anything, really. And it's not even like he has an excuse. We went through this all in detail on the old boards. I explained it all to him, answered every question he had. He even managed not to go into "you're all vermin" mode and said he found it "interesting". We did the same thing with the moon stuff on this board a few weeks back. But it never sticks, of course. Move on a little and he just posts the same nonsense all over again. I don't mind ignorance, and I don't even mind stupidity - I was a teacher, and saw plenty of both. But Erjen is stupid and ignorant on purpose, and he thinks it makes him smarter than the people who actually know what they're talking about. He is the ultimate personification of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

The guy literally thinks that piece of trash you read about ID could have changed the presidential election, and will overturn court cases, allowing ID to be taught in schools....

No, they weren't. They were the truth. No Erjen they weren't. Mr "don't tell me what to think" is attempting to dictate to a parent what he says about his own son on his own show, because you think he might have have an "agenda". You don't have a child do you Erjen? Or anybody who gives the remotest fuck about you? Everything you disagree with or don't like becomes "propaganda" to serve an "agenda". It's the paranoid ravings of lonely bitter old man who can't accept that he's flushed his life down the crapper but wants desperately to absolve himself of any responsibility for his life choices. It wasn't me who messed things up it was the nefarious and nebulous "them" who ruined my life and are ruining everybody else's life on the planet,it's just that I'm smart enough to see it unlike most of these ignorant sheeple. What's interesting to me is people on this board treat you far better than you deserve, but every so often as in the case with Kimmel's sick child thread you reveal you utter depravity and indifference to the suffering of others. You are and always will be a piece of shit.

Since Superdud seems to have bailed out, I'll ask you a question which I have asked of many over the years on the Internet. Do you think a person should be forced to participate in socialized health care if that person doesn't want it?

Should you be forced to go to a public hospital when ill? No. Should you be able to opt out of paying whatever portion of your taxes pays for the UHC? No.

Chasallnut already answered the question.

We have a national health system here in the UK. I use it myself. Nobody has ever forced me to use it. Nobody has ever more than gently encouraged me to. I have every right to purchase private health insurance and see private doctors and go to private hospitals if I want to. So what is the point of the question, really?

Just like the last time this was brought up: If the moon were out of place then the upcoming eclipse will not happen. That is unless the moon suddenly springs back into its rightful place by then.
It is like these people have never looked up before or perhaps they did they simply were not paying attention or their observations were clouded by chemically induced internal fog.

You know, it strikes me that if the moon/sun/earth can go seriously wonky in their orbit and then back again, and 99.9999% of the people on Earth won't even notice that it's happened... then how are we supposed to believe that all these axis shifts and whatnot are going to cause disasters?
If the moon flies off into some new orbit and/or the earth's axis falls over... so what? According to Erjen, nothing will actually happen and most people won't even notice.

The Sun and Moon are non-sentient beings who don't listen to humans. Therefore, they can never be in the wrong place.

I have to apologize to you Erjen.
I went out for a walk last night and the moon did not look right.
And today, when I took a careful look, it became obvious that the sun was a few degrees off where it was a few weeks ago.
Damn if you aren't finally on to something.
