Sounds interesting. I'd like to try the Peace Pickle, with dill and horseradish, as well as the I.P.O. Pickle, with turmeric.
They're not distribution outside the Seattle area, yet. But, I signed up for getting the latest news from them, and I may send for something ... if they're doing mail orders.

Not sure about pickles but I like this beer. It is aged for up to 6 weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels.

Never heard of them, Nuts, but it's an interesting idea. I'll look for those pickles next time I'm out.

Lol, every time I see a pickle barrel I always think of the food comp with Aaron Sanchez & Chris Cosentino(Chef vs City) where they had to taste all these pickles in different barrels & match each one up with the flavor. I love pickles, but my taste buds would have been long gone.
