Here's some NFL Highlights As I said - Nate's a gamer
Well the NFL blocked the above - so here's some college highlights
And think about it - this guy's your third-string QB.

These are the only real reasons why Pederson would have put Sudfeld in at that point: 1. Hurts is the future, didn’t want to risk a serious injury. 2. Hurts will be traded before the draft, didn’t want to risk a serious injury. 3. The Eagles wanted to draft at 6 vs 9. All are legit reasons. They don’t owe the Giants or Cowboys shit. Handle your own business and you won’t have to depend on another team, a 4-win team at that. You're not wrong, but allow me to play devil's advocate: They owe football fans. It's detrimental to the sport itself to intentionally throw the game as it transpires. We all know (well, everyone except jimanchower) tanking happens in sports, but it's usually decided beforehand that the team isn't going to put itself in the best position to win the upcoming game/season. To be as blatant as Pederson was about throwing the game in the 4th quarter is what people are taking issue with. It isn't about screwing over the Giants, it's about a bad look for the NFL. Why should fans pay attention to a league where the games aren't on the up and up? Also the whole argument of 'the 6 and 10 team can't complain and they dont owe the Giants' is useless. It assumes that only the Giants players and fans felt like Pedersen was putting on a pathetic display of pussitude and bitchiness last night. You don't have to want the Giants in the playoffs to be disgusted by this shit (full disclosure, I'm a Giants fan, so I guess everything i said will just be disregarded).

I’m saying this in a less dickish way than it will come across, but spare me the “pathetic display” and righteous indignation and disgust.

You know, taking out all of your good players late in a big game and replacing them with scrubs has been done before with more successful results.
Hell, Coach Buttermaker did it with his Bad News Bears, and it almost led to a championship.
Just saying....

Even if it you wanna argue that it was a better move, watching this coach actively try to lose because gutting his roster before the game wasn't enough so he put more effort into losing the game than he did trying to win most of the year, is fucking terrible and gross.

Twitter blew up at the Eagles last night for...’throwing’ the game. I didn’t watch it but even if they did, that’s their right! There’s no difference between 4 wins and 5 wins other than drafting several spots higher. I know. Diehard Giants fan here, first live game 1970 at Yankee Stadium, was in the stands for 5 -6 playoff wins, including an NFC Championship and a Super Bowl win. I’m so old school, I believe you play to win regardless of the situation, end of story, it’s why the games are played in the first place. Did the Eagles tank? I don’t know. I do know this: we were in control of our playoff destiny 4 weeks ago, then went 1-3 down the stretch. So? We have no one to blame but ourselves. Beyond that, they may want to think about lottery situation for drafts in the NFL. (My cousins laugh at me for being against tanking, they’re 15 years younger than me. Times have changed, for sure). 😂 In terms of a lottery im completely against it but thats probably because of my disgust for anything the NBA does. On The Ringer NFL Show they brought up an interesting concept. All 32 teams get a chance top pick #1 in the draft but you can't pick #1 again until all other teams have done so. So if you picked #1 next year you can get the chance to pick #1 in 31 years. They said teams would bid on the pick and highest bid would get the pick and do so for all 32 picks. If there were a guy like Lawrence perhaps a team like maybe the Bears who have a decent roster but desperately need a QB maybe that #1 pick is worth more. The whole thing would be a cluster fuck but the idea was interesting to say the least.

The Giants won 6 games and have a -77 point differential. They have no room to be bitching.
The real loser of the NFC East is Washington. They have no chance in the playoffs and are stuck drafting at best in the mid-teens.

Where that money would go? No clue.

Just doesn't seem right but its hilarious to me at the same time.

Reminds me of somebody at work complaining they didn't get the big promotion and another co-worker did
Welp - maybe you should have done a little better job at work and stop blaming others for your ineptitude
Here's a tip in life folks - it's always a bad look when you start blaming the other guy
Concentrate on yourself in life
