I've not seen the New York Giants play live this season.
But, I'm massively impressed with facets of the Washington Football Team. Looks to me like they might be able to turn the corner over the next couple of seasons.
The Dallas Cowboys are in disarray and the Philadelphia Eagles keep shooting themselves in the feet.

I have no confidence in the Giants being able to beat the Cowboys now, but then again I can't imagine Cowboys fans being ultra confident either.
And the Washington fans must be happy that Alex Smith is coming back because Haskins has been kind of a mess, but the rest of the team looked like shit yesterday too, and as incomplete as Philly looks, they have a spark now with Hurts that they Wash had weeks ago.
All that to basically say, who the fuck knows? It's as up for grabs now as it has been all season, and it'll be decided at the last second because both games occur at the same time.
My gut now says that Philly beats Washington, so the winner of the Giants/Dallas game will take it. I think the Giants will make a better showing of it this week than last, but I can't see them pulling it out. So, unfortunately, I think the Cowboys will get in.

Will Washington win when Ron Rivera just gave Haskins the boot today?
Crazy as it seems but I think Dallas might squeak in.

Twitter blew up at the Eagles last night for...’throwing’ the game. I didn’t watch it but even if they did, that’s their right! There’s no difference between 4 wins and 5 wins other than drafting several spots higher.

There’s no difference between 4 wins and 5 wins other than drafting several spots higher. I guess? It was just so pathetic to watch. Usually a coach decides to sit his best players before the game starts if he's gonna tank the game. It's unusual to see that decision made in the 4th quarter.

There’s no difference between 4 wins and 5 wins other than drafting several spots higher. They would have been 5-10-1 with a win and draft 9th. They moved to 6th, jumping ahead of Detroit, Carolina, and Denver! Goodell should fine them and move them to 9th. I can see it in, say, Lions-Vikings, where the team they are playing is not playing for a playoff spot - oh wait, those teams didn't pull that stuff to say F.U. to an opponent they traditionally hate. I can see it when they have locked up a spot and it's a strategy for this season's postseason. This should also be true of a head coach:
