If the question means, which one had the best acting or what not, then i say The Fan.

The Untouchables...by the end of Cape Fear, Max Cady had become too OTT, to the point of being cartoonish.

Too ott in Cape Fear, a bombastic misfire for the most part saved by Juliette Lewis's performance. I would need to see This Boy's Life again, but I did think he was good in Jackie Brown, though not really a villain, just a dumb schmo.
He was Lucifer in Angel Heart and he made a great one, so smarmy and smug, so I will go with that one.

Heat is the only not cartoonish villain performance of his.

You don't think killing or almost killing bank security, police officers and trying to lure a senior police officer to his death in a game of cat and mouse is a particularly villainous thing to do?

Freddy Krueger and Mike Myers could've been in heat too and it wouldn't have made a fucking difference.

I dont think you understand anything that has been said... cest la vie, back to your toys little one In future if you're going to start a villain thread get it right. Robert De Niro's character may not have been the worst of the worst in Heat but he was certainly a baddie who was robbing banks and having shootouts in highly populated streets instead of working a normal 9 to 5. Don't lecture me on understanding how the world works when you can't even compose a poll properly on a forum.
