I have to go with Unbreakable because he has a bit more time onscreen than in Django Unchained. Both good roles and a tough choice.

Ordell in Jackie Brown by a long shot imo
I also liked his character in Jumper.

He was super menacing in Jackie Brown. Also, Jackson played a villain in Kong: Skull Island.

I haven't seen all of the films that have been mentioned on this thread, so I'm going by what I have seen. To be honest, I loved him in Pulp Fiction so he probably shouldn't be considered a villain in that.
