Washington up 23-7 on the Niners, looking to take over first place in the NFC East.
Falcons and Chargers tied at 17.
Eagles up 17-14 on Saints, Saints are making a comeback.
Packers up 28-14 on Lions, Rodgers with 3 TD passes.
Seahawks destroying the Jets 40-3.

Packers up 31-21 on Lions.

Packers now have the #1 seed in the NFC after beating the Lions with the Saints losing to the Eagles. The Saints definitely need Brees to return if they want to compete in the playoffs.
Washington takes over first place in the NFC East with their win over the Niners and the Giants loss earlier.

Every god damn time I pick Atlanta..  I just had to go against my better judgement and take Houston and the Saints. Saints were due for a loss and the Bears were long overdue for a win. Just to update on the playoff casualty list. The Houston Texans have been eliminated from the playoff hunt.
Edit: So far, all the NFC teams are STILL alive going into the middle of December!

Diontae Johnson should just ditch the gloves. I don't think he's feeling the ball. He caught the ball on that second drop, he just let it go. I don't know if he even knew he caught it.

Unless Mahomes suddenly retires due to finding football too boring, I think I have a good idea who's winning the Super Bowl this season (again). I think if they're gonna lose it'll have to be a team that can score with them. Throw out the defenses imo. Itll be a game like 45-42 and the winner will be whatever team has the ball last. |

I think if they're gonna lose it'll have to be a team that can score with them. Throw out the defenses imo. Itll be a game like 45-42 and the winner will be whatever team has the ball last. They are 12-1 and I feel like they haven't played as well as they can yet.

MAYBE the Titans if Henry just dominantes and they control the TOP. In terms of the SB I think the Packers and Saints (if Brees is healthy) could score with them but id favor the Chiefs for sure. |

The LSU Tigers upset Florida.
And the Philadelphia Eagles upset the Saints.

Arguably the Saints have been the best team in the NFL for four years straight during the regular season.
And three years in a row they've been a post season disappointment.
Until they prove differently, I don't expect anything from them this year in the playoffs.
They might win their division. But don't bet on the Saints in the post season. (Maybe "to lose" might be a good bet.)
