I got to thinking about it and I'm curious what happened to the Ewoks. Does anyone know if it's stated in any of the canon books what happened to them leading up to the events of Episode 7?
The Ewoks were one of the main reasons the Empire lost. I imagine that one of the first things The First Order did was go after the Ewoks for their involvement. Maybe they even destroyed their village when Kylo Ren went to Endor to retrieve Vader's remains.
