What do you make of her final scene and words to Tara? -Denial to the truth of how her family has manipulated Tara (and maybe herself)? -In the know about the 'Secret', equally culpable in manipulating and controlling Tara (perhaps herself unhappy about being the family caretaker, and wanting Tara to resume the job), and upset that Tara is now free? -Internally shocked to the core that everything her family has said is a lie, the dawning realization that she too is a victim, but right now too overwhelmed to take this all in, lashing out at Tara as the cause for changing everything?

I've always taken it as something said by someone who is so full her own self-delusion and concept of worth of her own opinion, that she's the type of person who thinks anyone else gives enough of a shit about what she thinks, that making a backhanded remark is meant to hurt the person its directed towards. And she lacks the self-awareness to realize that it absolutely doesn't and that Tara is actually, legitimately going to be happier without her biological family, and staying with the family that picked her.
