It's a shame that Josh Allen is coming into his own as soon as Brady left the division. It would have been cool if the AFC East was competitive for a change. I feel like they would have had some great games against each other. I think the AFC East will be very competitive going forward - the Bills are strong, and the Dolphins I think will be strong with Tua at QB and if the Jets get Lawrence I think he will be a good QB and the Jets will improve, so I think we are about to see a very competitive AFC East.

Back in 2020, GoodMan must be getting K-Gun era flashbacks here. Allen pretty much doing whatever he wants. The Bills are fun this year. It's just a shame that their progress will inevitably be met somewhere down the line by an ominous red mist at Arrowhead Stadium - the Chiefs, like the Patriots of old, representing the AFC's end boss, blocking all exciting new teams from advancing on the road towards history. Bills played KC well in Week 6, losing 26-17 in Arrowhead. And it's not easy to repeat anymore. But the hope for this season was to get a home playoff game and advance in said playoffs. Both should happen.

Packers go up 7-0 on the Panthers after an opening TD drive, culminating in a Rodgers to Tonyan TD pass.

That's not a given. I've seen rumors that ol' Trev isn't sold on the J-E-T-S. He doesn't want to be Joe Burrow 2.0, with double digit losses and getting the shit beat out of him for 2-3 years. He might go back for his senior season or leave Clemson and sit out 2021 if the Jets don't trade him. I doubt it, especially going back to Clemson (remember, Chad Kelly was a 1st round QB, he went back and blew it).

Does Rodgers say "3 18" all the time? Or "green 18"? Or what. He's been using it for years, and I've heard other QBs use it.

There’s no way Lawrence goes back to Clemson and I don’t see him sitting out either, he’s the automatic #1 pick, he will go to the Jets IMO.

Packers now up 21-3, Aaron Jones with over 100 yards already, Packers are dominating, the Panthers fumble at the goal line really hurt them.

Lawrence has never been a loser and, no matter how good he is, the Jets will still be a double digit loss team in 2021. That cupboard is bare.

Crosby hits a 51 yarder to make it 23-13 with 3:39 to go. Should just about do it.

I didn’t get the Panthers strategy at all there - kicking a FG as soon as they got in the red zone, and then kicking deep instead of going for the onside kick. One first down for the Packers and it’s game over.

Packers get the win 24-16 and stay in the #1 spot in the NFC. Rodgers didn’t have a great game but he did enough, their rushing attack helped out and their defense played well.
