Made pizza that dripped in the oven last night, poured out black smoke and had two smoke alarms blaring for 15 minutes no matter what I did from opening doors and windows (it's below freezing in TX) to running fans.
I'm on a "purge the freezer" campaign. I'm thawing a nice pork chop that I found. Also, the first of the late-winter/early-spring asparagus is coming in. I'll steam a few spears of that. I like to take advantage of pre-Easter asparagus, because the price skyrockets after that.
