Now we finally see Billy Boy for who he really is...
A fraud. He rode Tom Brady’s coattails all those years.
43 year old Brady took a dead Bucs franchise to the playoffs. Where are the Pats just one season after Brady?

Another day, another blowout home loss for billychuck. Fun fact they brought up on the broadcast last night: This is the first time the Patriots have been swept by a division opponent since 2000. I'll remind you all that Brady became the starter in 2001 and you can make of that what you will. This season has been filled with crazy coincidences for billychuck. First time they've missed the playoffs and not won the division since the last time Brady wasn't the starter. First time with a losing record since before Brady was the starter. First time getting swept by a division opponent since before Brady was the starter, the list goes on and on.
billychuck's record in New England alone keeps sinking farther below .500, this is the 4th season he's missed the playoffs as the Patriots coach. But as we all know, he learned how to be a great head coach after his failure in Cleveland. His success has nothing to do with the guy who just left and set a franchise passing TD record for his new team and brought them to the playoffs for the first time since 2007. The Bucs resurgence is another strange coincidence I guess. Teams just always magically get better when Brady is around, but it's all about the coach who was already there.
That failed challenge of a 1st down catch at midfield a minute into the 3rd quarter last night (when it happened literally right in front of him) is proof of billychuck's genius. The game clearly hinged on that play. By all means though, just keep throwing Cam out there until the game is completely out of hand, that way people can blame him instead of your incompetent ass. Nice roster, Bill. You're as good a GM as you are a coach without Brady.

Where are the Pats just one season after Brady? I mean Winston had 5,000 yds and won 7 games last season. I wouldn’t say that franchise was dead. But adding a hall of fame quarterback certainly helped.

The franchise hadn't been to the playoffs since 2007, hard to say they were on the upswing.

Stefon Diggs has the most reception yards in a season in Bills history
That really makes me question Andre Reed's greatness

The only thing I question about Belichick is his GMing. I can't remember back to what I saw in September, but Cam Newton is broken now. There are Division II college quarterbacks who would have given the Pats receivers better chances of catching the ball than Newton did last night.

But he really can't throw an accurate ball at all right now, nor a pass ten yards down the field. I feel bad for Cam. He's definitely a back-up quarterback at best, and not even an Andy Dalton/Marcus Mariotta level backup. Right now his best position is goalline running back.

Cam threw for 397 yds and a TD and rushed for 47 yds and 2 TDs against Seattle and the Patriots still lost. I know Belichick wants everyone to blame the QB, but his defense is just as shitty.

Maybe with Brady in NE, he could have convinced some of the opt-outs to show. Wonder if any covid opt-outs have regrets now, though didn't they get full pay?

Last night he was throwing eight yard passes directly into the ground. The drafting hasn't been good in a while, and if Belichick is the guy who is drafting, that's on him.

I completely agree, Newton sucks. And Belichick has been a terrible GM as well. I'm just saying QB isn't the only issue with this team, and BB's coaching isn't any better than his drafting.

Another one for you to enjoy: ftw.usatoday.com/2020/12/not-even-bill-belichick-could-carry-this-broken-patriots-teamSerious question, Belichick aside, what does this season say about McDaniels? He can't have come out of this looking good by any stretch of the imagination.
