Haven't watched the "Rocky" movies in years. And have never watched any of these movies...
Could make for a nice marathon.

The Drago family are literally the only the best part about the Creed movies. Creed, his dull girlfriend and the strange stepmother who is too nice to her husband's secret child bordering on almost creepy turn me off.

I simply can't take these movies seriously. I don't care about any of the characters or it's forced story.
The Rocky franchise ended nicely with Rocky Balboa. These Creed movies are crap.
The only good thing that came from these movies was Florian Munteanu. This guy is a badass and deserves to be in more movies.

Base him off of someone like Manny Pacquiao or something. That would be completely new as opposed to the aggressive, egotistical villains we normally get. |

I just felt Creed 2 was the same ol' same ol' and they'd need to significantly shake things up for another one, although I'm not sure what they can actually do to be different from the films that have come before

Put him in jail to fight an underground circuit where he eventually meets Yuri Boyka? |

If Boseman was still alive and wasn't dealing with cancer, I think it would have been cool if he were up to it to be in Creed 3 as the villain, or maybe heroic antagonist like Drago's son in a way. Just seeing that inverse of MBJ as the villain in P but also kind of the star and having that happen in Creed 3.

The Creed movies are well-done, the cast is good, but #2 especially seemed so formulaic to me.
With the kind of production they could put on, they should find a strikingly original type of script, not just do retreads of the Rocky themes.
